The working-out of the new method of application of helium-neon laser irradiation and photosensitizator allowed to decrease the duration of the first phase of the early process by 4 days, to decrease the number of complications from 30 % till 20 %. Cytologik and microbiological methods of the study in the smear-imprints the initial manifestation of active macrophagocytes and plasmatic cells then fibroblasts and mononuclears was noted. At the beginning of the treatment the number of microorganisms in 1 gr. of exudate was not more than 105 on the 7-th day. Blood indications became normal. Firstly the photodynamic effect of 0,1 % water solution of flavacridine hydrochloride was used in laser irradiation of pus wounds. It was introduced in the City Clinical Hospital № 21, Donetsk.
