Research methods: social and epidemiologic research, studing of function of mother- placenta - fetus system, lipid peroxidation intensity; general antioxidant activity index; serum phospholipid peroxidation;hormones: estriol, progesteron, lactogen. Bacteriologic investigation of cervical mucus has been provided, specific protein fibronectin, humoral and cellu-lac immunity exponent have been determined. Obtained results and news: 5,1 times decreasing of frequ- ency of pregna ncy unfull-term, 3,1 times morbidity rate decreasing, early infant mortality rate.
