The goal is creating the simulation methods for scattering phenomena in the time and frequency domains, development of corresponding numerical algorithms and software, investigating the wave effects, which are perspective ones regarding to the applications. The method of investigations consists in strong solutions of 3D boundary-value problems, in numerical and natural experiments. The obtained results have both fundamental and applied features. They extend essentially both the set of the objects which can be exactly modelled and the sets of basic effects used in the microwave practice.
