The aim of the work is to develop approaches concerning determination and evaluation of the overfatigue to work out recommendations as to the duration of work and rest of the workers in the considered spheres of activities.Analytical, comparative and grouping, systematization and generalization investigation methods were used. In the project of the Regulations the categories of the workers in the sphere of activities where the overfatigue can create a threat both to the health of these workers and that of the surrounding people. For the first time an integral quantitative evaluation of the factors of the labor process (physical load, intensity of labor) has been worked out which is used for evaluation and categorizing of the fatigue and overfatigue as a result of the rating of the working places for t heir correspondence to the labor protection normative acts.
