The aim of the work is to work out proposals as to the improvement the system of labor remuneration of the managers of budget institutions and organizations. Analytical, estimation and comparative methods have been used. The work deals with the problems of inter-branch, inter-positional and inter-professional differentiation of the office salaries which have appeared in connection with the introduction of new rates of the minimum salaries. Based on this analysis proposals were worked out as to the renewal of the acting system of the office salaries with a simultaneous minimally possible raising office salaries which ensures at this stage a minimum inter-branch, inter-positional and inter-professional differentiation of the office salaries, including the use of the General Tariff Scale.
