The present final report was drawn up by results of fulfilment of researches in 2000 and have included the requirement specification, installation of general-system software, creating of the documentation on a building of a system, which one have included versions of protection and safety of information exchange, installation of program - technological means of the users, implementation of protection of information resources from unauthorized access,implementation of a system in experimental exploitation. The outcomes of researches will be utilised at implemented systems of information exchange in structure of the Ministry of economics of Ukraine.
