The aim of the work - to develop clutter suppression method, to select weak disturbances and to monitor both medium and object properties. The method of investigations consists from analysis of signal transforming in the medium and measuring systems, and parameters experimental evaluation. Obtained results are a fundamental ones. They propose a new retransmission method of radio systems designing, determine a new systems characteristics. With the help of retransmission method it is possible much better to suppress clutter reflections and to obtain precise accuracy.
