A method has been devised for determining the vibration state parameters for turbomachine bladed assembly. It allows a complete consideration of complex dising and operation features of components, their geometry that often changes in the course of operation, material inhomogeneity, inertia forces, temperature fields and initial stresses in the calculation of vibrations. A technique for analyzing a possible scatter in the level of vibration stresses of turbomachine blade assemblies as cyclically regular systems with a violated symmetry is proposed. A method has been developed for an experimental determination of non-stationary aerodynamic characteristics of blade cascade at arbitrary combinations of linear and angular displacements of a blade profile. A calculation-and-experimental procedure has been developed for determining the stability against flutter of blade assemblies with an alternating distribution of symmetry violation. Prototypes of selfbalancing devices have been designed and fabricated for rotors with both vertical and horizontal rotation axes. Theoretical and experimental justification of their operation has been performed.
