The facility is proposed to consist of several channels for determination of composition and structure of various substances by nuclear physics methods and a channel of a scanning nuclear microprobe. The first past of the analytical accelerating facility has been constructed and the accelerated ion beam with the energy 1,6 MeV and total current of 4 mkA on the target has been obtained. The mathematical method for optimization of probeforming systems is proposed. It is useful for designing of a nuclear scanning microprobe. The method takes into account as inner aberrations of the second and the third orders as parasitic ones which have the form of superposition of sextupole, octupole and dodecapole components added to base harmonic of magnetic quadrupole lenses. The short version of the nuclear scanning microprobe has been designed and proposed. This fea ture of NSMP is very important for constructing of vertical NSMP dedicated for exploration of biological objects. The physical operation of the high energy (10-150 keV) and high intensity (up to 5 mA) ion implanter has been made. The various high energy ion sourses (gaseous and in solid statephase) have been designed. They can be used for industrial implanters and other ion beam units.
