Purpose of the work - theoretical comprehension and description of the fundamental regularities inherent in the systems under investigation. Methods of the investigation - thermodynamic theory of phase transitions, data treatment by using the wavelet analysis, ellipsometric method, generalized optical model of nucleon-nucleus interactions, relativistic theoretical methods of the investigation of quantum-electrodynamic processes in strong external fields. Results of the investigation and their novelty: the occurence of new domain structure type is firstly demonstrated which is concerned with the Dzyaloshinsky interaction, as well as the static and high-frequency magnetic susceptibility under one-axis pressure is studied; new general approach is suggested for the background separation in the experimental spectra of any nature on the basis of the conti nious wavelet transformation with various wavelets; integral metrological criterion is proposed and the methods of ellipsometry inverse problem solution are developed, as well as the recommendations for the optical adjustment of an ellipsometer are given; the properties of the nucleus spin-dependent components of the microscopic optical potential for nucleons interaction with odd nuclei are investigated; nonlinear quantum-electrodynamic processes in strong external fields of various nature are investigated, observable physical effects are theoretically explained and new those are predicted.
