O., Registration Date 18-01-2001 Organization Institute of Radio Astronomy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The object of the work is a comprehensive study of interactions between electromagnetic and gravitational fields in space and dusty plasmas, a revelation of a correlation between parameters of scattered radio wave signals in the ultrahigh frequency range and electrical and structural characteristics of the Earth surface and surfaces of planets of the Solar System, and a development of new models as well as an improvement of existent models to describe adequately the true picture of phenomena that are being studied. Method of investigation is based upon a radio physical analysis of electro-magnetic wave characteristics. The gravitational focusing of extensive in space and variable in time distant radiation sources are consid-ered. Results of treatment of low-frequency oscillations and waves aris-ing in dusty plasma flows moving through electron -ion plasma are pre-sented. The electromagnetic interac-tion between the lithosphere and the Earth ionosphere are studied. In par-ticular, an influence of air conductivity variations, which occur above the re-gion of a forthcoming earthquake, on propagation of low-frequency electro-magnetic waves in the ionosphere and magnetosphere is analyzed. Results of theoretical and experimental investigations of the radio wave scat-tering in the ultrahigh frequency range by the different surfaces and Earth coverings are presented. The adequate physical models of a scattering me-dium are suggested. Research results can be used for the solutions of the actual astrophysical and geophysical problems, such as definition of parameters of a cosmo-logical model of the Universe and pa-rameters of radiation sources, a search of hidden mass, an explanation of the planetary ring structure, a prediction of natural and anthropogenic accidents and reconstruction of physical pa-rameters of planet surfaces by remote methods.
