Development and constraction of unique radio metering apparatus popup.stage_title Head Lytvynenko L.M., Registration Date 18-01-2001 Organization Institute of Radio Astronomy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The aim of this work consists in fundamental investigation of mechanisms of radiation of the Earth and the planets of the solar system, and also in a development of radio metering apparatus for various purposes. The technique has been developed and experimental investigations have been done to study the Earth radiation, and ultralow-frequency radiation (3-300 Hz), either of world thunderstorm centers or separate extra-high-power lightning's. The receiver apparatus for ultralow-frequency band 3-300 Hz has been constructed. The effective correlation method of clutter noise control has been developed and tested. The field experiment to measure E and H radiations of discharge of a lightning has been made and a location of the storm from the same position has been done. An influence of powerful ultralow-frequency magnetic fields on bioelectric activity of a cerebrum of a human being has been ascertained. The information dealing with characteristics of radiation of earth surface and atmosphere in millimeter wave range has been analyzed. Methods of processing of aerospace radio images have been developed. The basics of a development of new methods improved an affectivity of data using of monitoring of dry land surface and atmosphere over it have been constructed. An earlier unknown properties of millisecond radio splashes of the Jupiter have been investigated. The decameter antenna UTR-2 together with a new apparatus have been used in radio observing. This apparatus consists from acoustic-optic spectrograph having high frequency-time resolution and fast-acting multi-channel spectrograph. A large amount of new highly sensitive dynamical spectra of S-splashes fine structure in continuous frequency range 10-30 MHz has been obtained. Methods of electromagnetic wave diffraction and scattering problem solutions have been evolved out and improved, and the technique of constructing of short vibrator antennas has been developed.
