The analysis of deforming and breaking down of a structure heterogeneous material in conditions of a monitored mechanical loading at a microstructural level is planned to be conducted by using of this machinery. The purpose of the work is elaboration and fabrication of specialized scientific equipment, including microloading device and instrumentation systems of the mechanical performances. The equipment completed with computer and existing election-optical system will allow to analyze the processes of deforming and breaking down of a structural - heterogeneous material in conditions of a monitored mechanical loading at a microstructural level. The testing method is experimental investigation of structure modification and structure breaking down dynamics in conditions of a mechanical loading at a microstructural level. The complex for microstructural stud ies combines unique possibilities of a scanning microscope to derive the information of a high resolution capability (magnification up to 50000 times) and of high depth resolution with advantages of modern testing machines as for process control of loading and fixation of mechanical characteristics of materials. The machinery which would allow to execute such studies, is not made by an industry neither in Ukraine, nor in close foreign countries. The designed system considerably exceeds the most propagated in FSU countries the "Kirghizstan" device, where observation system of structural variations has been constructed on the basis of an optical microscope with low-level magnification (up to 500 times). The elaborated equipment exceeds foreign analogues with miniature testing devices, as firstly the registration of an effort and strain is not made there, and secondly small sizes of samples do not allow the requirements of the international standards to be satisfied. The trends of the project is to produce a new kind of rigging for microstructural studies, to extend the possibilities of existing election-optical scanning electronic microscope Т20, to increase the selfdescriptiveness of experimental operations.
