As a solution of this task the development of a radio telephone web of connection is selected. The purpose of work is the creation of a web of connection permitting to the large number the abonents to use of connection in conditions of limited number of existing subscriber lines. During realization of a research the algorithm of operation of a system of connection is developed, the structure of a system, algorithms of work, software of work of digital blocks of a system is developed, and the electrical schemes are developed and the experimental models of separate knots are made. The developed system should ensure with connection up to 275 ab onents located in a radius up to 3 kms from the base station a specific load 0,035 Erl and probabilities of losses 1 %.
