Algorithms of tasks account and universal program for expert estimation of a pipeline systems condition are developed. The methods gas-thermal spraying for pipelines protection against corrosion and deterioration are proved. The technologies are developed: increases of durability and reliability of welded connections of pipelines; high-speed gas-thermal spraying for heat supply pipeline anticorrosive protection; hardenings of predicted thin zones of pipelines walls and repair of their defective sites. For the specified technologies the appropriate materials are offered and the service properties of received coatings are investigated.
