It has shown a principled capability of creation of extrasmall sensors of oxygen of a galvanic type. Such sensor generates a steady signal of a current, proportional partial pressure of oxygen in gas medium. Are designed and experimental samples of sensors of oxygen are tested, which one respond built in НТУУ "КПІ" of a unitized series of gas sensors of a new generation and best world samples. The researches of influencing of concentration of dissolved oxygen on a kinetics of partial electrode processes and on value of polarization resistance are conducted at corrosion of alloys Ferri lactas. The relation of a ratio of speeds of individual electrode processes to concentration of oxygen and structure of solution is established.
