Purpose of work - development of a new highly effective method of quality control of coal and creation on its base the automated system of entrance quality control of firm fuel (ASQCFF). In the given development the nonlinear properties of the electrophysical characteristics of coal are used at mechanical excitation of all weight of controlled coal in the car, the mathematical model of these characteristics is under construction. The complex includes a complete set of the activator ensuring generation of stimulating influence, and primary converter for transformation of reaction of environment in an electrical signal, its amplification and coordination with the characteristics of the communication line. Structure of a complex includes also block of processing and management, which operates modes of excitation, accepts and analyzes the received infor mation. Such system will allow to optimize quality surveillance of firm fuel, to raise the efficiency of TES, to lower expenses for their service.
