International technique analysis for the definition of carbon dioxide emissions is presented at the organic fuel combustion, the local coefficients of carbon emission for the Ukrainian coal are obtained, definition technique of the local values of carbon acidification degree is developed. It is shown, that the obtained data can be used as a basis for the development and confirmation of the branch technique of carbon dioxide emissions.
