Objective: to promote the efficacy of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular, thyroid and gastrointestinal combined pathology in the persons who worked with ionizing radiation sources and Chornobyl accident liquidators. Methods of investigation: clinical, instrumental (ECG, VEM, REG, US-CG, thyroid US), histological, radioim-munological, statistical. Results: The sings of the disease were studies. The volume of rehabilitation in combined cardio-tyroid-gastrointestinal pathology was analyzed. New pharmaco-physiotherapeutic techniques for treatment of patients with combined diseases of cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract and thyropathy using L-thyroxin calcium antagonists and physical factors (SMT and aero therapy) were worked out. The advantages of the new techniques of rehabilitation in combined pathology were proved. Inculcation: 21 articles, 20 reports, 2 projects, 3 patents; 2 National, 1 regional, 8 district conferences were organized. Efficacy: the results obtained improve the efficacy of cardiothyroid and gastrointestinal combined pathology treatment on patients working with ionizing radiation sources and who victims of Chornobyl accident by the use of timely diagnosis and new physico-pharmacological treatment methods.
