For the decision of the put tasks the sociological, social - hygienic, psychophysiological, clinical, laboratory, statistical methods and methods of functional diagnostics were used: an electrocardiograph, ultrasonic investigation. The carried out researches have shown, that the children - orphan, in comparison with children of a comprehensive school, had a low level and appreciable disharmony of physical development, and also more expressed chronic pathology, namely psychoneurological frustration, diseases of bodies of digestion and endocrine system. Unsatisfactory the status of health of the children - orphans is recognized also which are brought up in houses of a family type, that to a certain extent depends from biological and social factors of their families, and also unsatisfactory organization of treating-improving work in family and before entering these children in family, aftertreatment and improvement of children of family houses of the child. The received results of scientific researches testify that the idea of creation of houses of a family type deserves a positive rating by way of education of the children - orphans, but the status of health them is proved necessity of reconsideration of positions about the status of these houses and organization to children of necessary treatment, by aftertreatments and annual improvement, is especial of children of family houses of the children placed in a countryside. The results of researches will be directed to the Ministry of education and Committee of family and youth.
