It .iIs shown, that the magnetic pulses influence on a state of impuruty-defective complexes, and also on character of plastic deformation, of deformation aging, of brittle - plastic transition, of irreversible temper brittleness, of relaxation along borders of grains. It is established, that the effect proceeds in two stages, and kinetics can have monotonous, not monotonous and oscillatory decayng character. In conditions of large shift deformation a structural reorganization of two-dimentional crystals is investigated by the methods of molecular dynamics.
