Galkin Physics and Engineering Institute of National Academy of Science of the Ukraine popup.description2 Novel compositions of the soft magnetic alloys based on Fe82Si2B16 and Fe80Si6B14 doped by small additions of Ni and Mo were developed and the casting regimes of the ribbons with controlled geometry is established. The compositions of the alloys prepared with using the unrefined raw materials having the most promising properties (T-type alloys) were optimised. The effect of the raw components purity on the casting properties, structure and magnetic properties of the alloys is studied by a comparison with those of the alloys fabricated from the pure components (P-type alloys). A technique of preparation of the master T-type alloys in a RF furnace in open air was developed and the parameters of high-quality ribbons processing were adjusted.. It was established that the magnetic properties of Fe80Si6В14 (MG-1Т) alloy heat treated were appreciably lowered. On the other hand, the magnetic properties of the amorphous doped Fe78,5Ni1Mo0,5Si6B14 (MG-3Т) alloy were increased compared with those of the correspo nding P-type alloys. It was found for the first time that the enhancment of the magnetic properties of the MG-T alloy ribbons is caused by the growth textute <100> of alpha-Fe(Si) crystals which is formed during as well as casting and heat treatment. It was shown that the MG-T alloy ribbons may be used in magnetic cores without coating which lowered the magnetic properties. The magnetic cores were tested at 4 enterprises and at 3 scientific institutions by using in radio and telephone networks, in matching transformers, in stators, in precise high-voltage induction amplifiers of measuring bridges and in deflection systems of electron-beam tubes. The magnetic systems made of the new amorphous are in many aspects superior compared with those made of the more expensive imported materials. An availability of the new materials is offically confirmed by the experts. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
