There have been determined in clinic that considerable weakening of ATS and strengthening of POL processes, decrease of reminalizating potential are to be observed. We found analogical changes during the experiment with modelling the main stomatological diseases with animals. On the basis of experimental and clinical investigations there have been worked out methods of modelling of diseases, methods of diagnostics, 7 methods of treatment and 7 preparations for correction of revealed changes (tooth elixir "Biodent-2", tooth elixir "Balsam Victoria", "Balsam Biotrit", "Sunflower licitin", preparation "Vitalong", tooth-paste "Biotrit", parodontal bandage "Profipar"), as well as the most effective schemes of using of adaptogenes in complex prophylaxis and treatment of the main stomatological diseases have been substantiated.
