The purpose of this work is investigation of influence of periferal donor or acceptor substituents in macrocyclices on chanding the physico- chemical characteristics of their thin films. Comparative fnalyses of the main physicochemical characteristics of phthalocyanine and dihydrodibenzotetraazaannulene as chemosensitive semiconductors are made. It was studied the modification of this semiconductors by donor or acceptor substituents and create the computer models of space structure their molekyls.
