There is estabilished the mass-asymmetric modes a0 and a1 Th-232 photofission de-pendence on the fissl nucleus excitation energy for the interval 7.6-13.1 MeV. The novel statistical approach is proposed which allows to describe the mass and charge distribution of heavy nuclei fission suppose the nuclear matter stability.
