On the basis of the given development the applied software incorporated under an original program - environment, for realization on PC is created by preparation of the engineers - builders and bachelors of construction, and also can be used at designing real structures for their static and dynamic accounts, and also account on stability. The formulated theoretical base will enable to create similar software for other technical disciplines. The given programs will promote the decision of applied tasks and to give the users an opportunity at study of theoretical questions widely to use auxiliary software containing the necessary help information, and will carry out complex(difficult) mathematical service of processes of training and designing. The specified software will promote wide introduction in educational process of computer technologies, that will raise a level of preparation of the experts and bachelors of construction.
