Limitations for acceptable values of thermal stresses appearing in crystals during their growth require the appropriate choice of growth parameters inside a certain region. Increase of crystal radius leads to narrowing of the growth speed and temperature ranges. Increased growth rate implies the need to lower the medium temperature.
