The influence of technological factors of both vibration and warm and cold pressure technology on AAB- based vermiculite materials has been investigated. The raw materials compositions for AAB- based vermiculite materials made by such technologies have been determined. The recommendations on alkaline aluminosilikate binders- based constructive and heat-insulating materials on expanded vermiculite and AAB raw materials compositions and elements of technology have been elaborated. The influence of technological factors on alkaline aluminosilikate binders- based gas concrete properties with milled quartz sand and fly ash as filling agents has been investigated. The raw materials composition of such material has been investigated and optimum compositions has been determined. The possibility for use of the heat-resistant gas concrete o n alkaline aluminosilicate binder and fly ash in heat-resistant insulation for industrial equipment with working surface temperature up to 1000°С has been determined. The recommendations on alkaline aluminosilikate binders- based gas concrete composition has been elaborated. Gas concrete compressive strength change in time has been investigated. As a result of operation the technological solutions are designed, the complex technological examinations under production conditions are conducted, the scientific fundamentalses are created and the possibility of deriving of long-lived materials -light-weight concrete and hardware products from them on a bottom(basis) ashgypsumcement astringent is checked in practice by control of gelation of materials in setting time through the chemical components. The characteristics of concretes on light fillers and cellular concretes on a bottom(basis) ashgypsumcement astringent are defined. Are designed and the devices of process engineerings of manufacture of concretes on lig ht fillers and cellular concretes on new ashgypsumcement astringent are tested under production conditions.
