Aim - working out of methodical base of production factors role evaluation concerning formation of oncological morbidity in Ukraine. Methods - epidemiological, hygienic, clinical and physiological. Metodical fundamentals of role of work conditions as risk factors of developing malignant tumors and their reveling and registration were worked out. Recommendations on improving of prophylactic medical examinations of oncologically dangerous productions and other primary prophylaxy measures were scientifically grounded. This will promote of creating of healthy working conditions, increasing of medical care level of workers and measures on concerning decreasing of development and levels of spreading of oncological diseasis. Including to the "Neoplasms" - lymphoms, and tumors of oral cavity was based. Draft of methodical recommendations "Organization and conducting of sanitary and hygienic introducting of passport system into cancerogenically dangerou s productions" was worked out. Propositions concerning improving "Hygienic classification of work on indices of harmfulness and dangerness of production environment factors, heavyness and tenseness of working process" with choosing of headings "carcinogenic substances" during characteristics of effect on organism of dangerous harmful substances were worked out.
