Main correlations, allowing to estimate the current's step deformation under fluctuations effect have been set. The estimation of frequency meter threshold sensitivity on the basis of Josephson junction has been conducted. It has beenshown that at the range 50-600 GHz this parameter,depending on the way of VAC processing and the frequency of the signal analyzed, can be within the limits 10-12 - 10-7 W. The aspects of junction correlation with frequency meter waveguide transmission line and external circuits effects have been considered.
