The normative requirements on introduction of technologies of construction of optical fibre communication lines with use of supports of power transmission lines, contact network of raile ways and supports of telecommunication lines in view of atmospheric influences and mechanical loads are formulated. General characteristics, parameters of the optical cables and their fastening elements were analysed. The recommendations are intended for usage by the design, building and operational enterprises of electric communication at construction, renovation of an outside plant of air fiber optic link.
