New information could be obtained on all above mentioned bands and especially on the 3/2[651] band. The semiclassical Coulomb-excitation least-squares search code GOSIA was used to extract E1, E2 and M1 matrix elements from the g-ray intensities. The following analysis of the new data leads to some changes compared to the interpretation given in our previous works.
