Topic of investigation: spinal mobility, balance, signs, prognosis, prognosis, modes of treatment, instrumentation for correction correction of spinal deformity in 3 planes. Aim of investigation: to work out the optimal method of diagnostic and therapeutic measures aimed at the improvement of treatment in patients with scoliosis. Methods of investigation: clinical, radiological, biomechanical. Results of investigation: it's been established the radiological criterias of mobility in different spinal curvatures. These criterias allows to choose the operative method. Based on the biomechanical aspects it's been established the placement of the supporting elements of metallic construction depending on the type of scoliosis and the level of decompensation. Established new radiological prognostic criterias; inclination of L5 vertebra in frontal plane more than 15O where good prognosis cannot be expected. Obtained knowledge was well m atched with the newly proposed proposed method of anterior and Posterior mobilization of vertebral column.
