Methods of investigation - clinical, rontgenological, histological, biochemical and bone densitometry. The characteristic features of the pathogenesis of the orthopaedical diseases (scoliosis, osteochondrosis, Sheuermann's disease, hip-spine syndrome, reactiv arthritis) taking place against a background of the osteoporosis were determined. The classification and clinical-rontgenological expert diagnostic systems had been elaborated. The orthesis for treatment and prevention of the vertebral deformations were designed. The peculiarities of the bone tissue remodeling with second experimental osteoporosis (alimentary, glucocorticoid- and parathyroid-induced osteoporosis) were revealed.
