The means have been proposed for the solution of a problem of prossesing of very contaminated metal (shaving, cans etc.) which had no effective technology before. In course of the present work, theoretical and experimental investigations of salt mixtures for refinment of aluminum and alloys were carried out and approbation of these salt mixtures for refinment of liquid al uminum has been perfomed. The processes of oxidationless technology have been optimized depending on thermal regims, gas dynamics and composition of an atmosphere of furnaces. The effective constructions of thermal equipment and gadgets for industrial applications have been designed. The protocols of trials are enclosed.
