In a basis of work the account of mass balance for basic biogenous elements (causing eutrophication and its negative consequences) has been taken as a principle. The numerical estimation of anthropogenic chemical influence on water area in comparison with a normal exchange, witch inherent for ecosystem, has been made. The results allow comparing relative damage coastal ecosystem from local and all-sea sources of eutrophication. The typical underwater hydrotechnical engineering structures in coastal water area are accounted and the calculation of their possible "biopositive" ecological influence (purifying the ecosystem and its water) has been made. The local eutrophication and deeutrophication influence of the water area and quality of water in h er bottom phytocenosis of coastal ecosystem has been evaluated. The received data are a basis for an ecological substantiation of the recommendations concerning de-eutrophicating and stirring up of restoration properties of Black Sea recreation water areas.
