As engineering and ecological means of biomelioration "artificial reefs" (AR) and different variants of the hydrobiological system of purifying oil-containing seawaters are offered. Using AR models of the different size and forms the connection of a "crop" of seaweed and invertebrates settling on AR with geometrical parameters of reefs constructions were analyzed. It is shown, that the "crop" of algae on AR commensurable with a "crop" of natural phytocenosis. In a wide range of the sizes and forms AR were calculated uptakes of chemical substances (dissolved forms of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus), which under condition of harvest of biomass and her withdrawal from water area is estimation as de-eutrophicating ability of reefs. The comparative analysis of the biological and biochemical characteristics of different variants of hydro biological systems for clearing oil-containing sea waters and account filtering activity of mussels community on network carriers of system is resulted. For estimation extreme permissible loads upon the sea coastal ecosystem the computer shell, focused on tasks of prevention superfluously eutrophicating and for detoxication of coastal seawaters, were developed.
