Established are the stoichiometric composition and mean dimensions of the nanocrystals, evolution of nanocrystal dimensions depending on, synthesis duration, initial concentrations of inorganic precursors, temperature of the process and matrix structure. The processes of phase formation in polymer/low-molecular luminophor monolayers are investigated. Obtained are monolayer films of the corresponding compositions. On the surface of ZnSe and GaAs in active gas atmosphere a photochemical reaction under the influence of UV radiation is realized. Types of photoreactions are systematized and established is the dependence of their mechanism on the processes of photoexcitation of gas molecules and adsorber layers, surface and volume diffusion of atoms in surface layer.
