Established are the conditions fro the formation of binar mixed low- and high-molecular monolayers with implanted oxadiazole molecules of different amphifility degrees, on the surface of aqueous subphase. The concentration dependence of the fluorescence and radioluminescence spectra of LB films is studied. Investigated are photophysical processes in scintillation films with different structure; the average efficient radii and the constants of the rates of electron energy transfer are calculated.
