The degree of solutions' resistance to a spontaneous mass crystallization at their high temperature was studied. The effect of the impurities, present in the solutions, on the kinetics of growth of KDP facets was investigated. The regimes of growing KDP crystals in the direction of the specified angle of synchromism (?=59() at high rates (5-10 mm/day) were worked out. As a result, the experimental-industrial of rapid growing large KDP crystals (300x300x50 mm) was developed. Experimental samples of crystals were grown for 6 months instead of 2 years as it takes at traditional methods used. A technical project for the creation of the experimental site was developed.
