The goal of this project is improvement of service characteristics, size decreasing, improving of reliability and durability of articles. The methods of investigation are metallography, electron microscopy, X-ray structure and X-ray phase analyses, electric resistance and electric erosion testes. The new materials developed have service characteristics which correspond to the world level. Their using provides for reduction of energy expenditure by 1,9 - 2,8 times, reduction of the production cost price by 1,5 - 2 times, the increase of durability by 5-10 times, the highest degree of the circuit board integration.
