The novelty: by means of incoherent scatter radar, which is the only one at the middle latitudes of Europe, during coordinated with international observatories investigations the unique data about ionosphere behavior under increasing solar activity are obtained.Thermal, ionization and dynamical processes are investigated . Propositions about ionospheric models application for Ukrainian region conditions are presented. Radiophysical fasility of the radar is essentialle developed. The efficiency of introduction: the experimental data essentially promote to solar-terrestrial connexions development. The area (branch) of application: the fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial connexions and circumterrestrial environment; forward-looking technologies of information, the devices of complex automatisation, the systems of communication.
