The methods of investigation - are the methods of economic analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, mathematical statistics, calculus of probability and system approach. The purpose of the investigation - to work out the theoretical optimal management instruments of finance and economic activities of complex economic-production and financial systems on the base of mathematical modelling and computer technologies in the market conditions. The obtained new results: - the evaluation mathematical apparatus of credit risk concerning c redit agreement, factor quantitatiol evaluation of credit risk, modelling of forecasting of the olirections of enterprise development, modelling of forecasting enterprise's production facilities utilization for multinomenclature production, financial evaluation of enterprise and modelling of breakeven analysis have been created. - the realization algorithms of created models on the base of modern computer technologies have been worked out.
