The refined variant of phase diagram for Y2O3 - BaO - CuO system has been constructed. By zone melting elongated specimens of HTSC in the form of bars 120(1,5(1,5 mm were fabricated and their grain microstructure, texture, distribution of inclusions of foreign phases studied.
