It has been shown that cinazepam at the chronic administration does not cause clinical and morphologic (hystilogic) signs of the local irritating action. On the base of the investigation of allergic properties of cinazepam, it has been concluded that cinazepam has no expressed allergic properties. At the investigation of side (toxic) effects at the over doze of cinazepam, it has been shown that over dose of cinazepam does not influence essentially on the general state of animals (hyperlocomotion, tremor, aggressive behaviour). At the same time, the miorelaxant properties of the agent were observed. It has been shown that properties must be corrected by corazole, bemethyl and trichnine.
