It has been shown that substances with lipophilic as well as with hydrophylic properties ensure qwick speed of reaching of therapentic effect and prolongation of action withih the 0,5-48 honrs. Biological availability of the TTS content at the intravehous and transdermal administrations has been established. Pharmacological properties of phenazepam and 3-hydroxyphenazepam have been investigated. It has been showh, that using of transdermal form of phenazepam and 3-hydroxyphenazepam allows high sedative and anticonvulsive effects be achieved at the insignijicant miorelaxation effect.
