Affinity for serotonin, dopamine and benzodiazepine receptors of CNS of heterylpiperazinyl derivatives of phenylquinazolines, pyrazolopirimidines and 1,4-benzodiazepine-2-ones was investigated. It has been established that phenylquinazolines and 1,4 benzodiazepines-2-ones derivatives demonstrate higher affinity for benzodiazepine receptors, but pyrazolopirimidines derivatives - for serotonine 5-HT receptors. Investigation of structure-affinity relationship of these compounds has demonstrated that replacement of heteryl ring on phenyl one lead to increase of affinity for 5-HT receptors of CNS. It has been shown for the first time that anxiolytic activity of arylpiperazinylalkyl phthalimidescorrelate with their affinity for serotonine 5-HT receptors.
