Mathematics models of weakly magnetic materials separation process had been developed in this work. We have defined rational parameters of working zone design and external magnetic field strength upper bounds. An experimental sample of dry magnetic separator using mechanical vibrations was created in our laboratory. The mathematics models were used for design of separation zone for lubricant-coolant liquid magnetic cleaning set, which was integrated on "Zaporozstal" plant. The results of researchers can be using for ore-dressing and metallurgical plants, and also for kaolin, quartz sand and other non-ore material dressing mills.
