By means of metallurgical science analysis, laboratory and industrial experiments the effects of dispersing and graphite formation by the EHTP have been corroborated. This has been done on the base of the hypothesis of role of linear and non-linear effects in the melt volume under EHPT providing its homogenization, morphology structure and property control. The Basic technical and economic showings are presented in design documents on the elaborated installation of the УВ12.00.000 type. The technological scheme of the EHPT have been introduced at the «Asovstal» company. The possible sphere of the technology application is ironcast foundry shops.
