It is shown that after electrohydropulse treatment emulgation of the extracted oily phase is equal to 100% owing to the activation of all of components incorporated; the bactericidity of the liquid increases,the period of LCL operation raises. The process can be applied for various types of LCL. The initial demands on creation of an example of industrial installation are worked out.
